A B O U T

Toshiko Shek, based in Los Angeles, was born and raised in Hong Kong and lived the majority of her time in the San Francisco Bay Area since she was twelve years old.

Graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor Degree in Art Practice, Toshiko has a strong background in photography, videography, editing, styling, creative content, social media, production and art direction. She worked many years in fashion doing visual merchandising and styling before becoming the in-house fashion stylist for a fashion tech company in San Francisco for several years. There, she styled and helped produce all eComm, editorial and lifestyle photoshoots, as well as working on product shots/flatlays and ads.

Currently, Toshiko is a photographer and videographer at a food & beverage advertising agency creating tasty visuals for clients such as Coppola Wine, Nissin (Top Ramen, Cup Noodles) and Häagen-Dazs. In her spare time, Toshiko enjoys cooking, rock climbing, and spending time in the outdoors.
